6999db is always committed to ensuring safety alongside enjoyment. Learn about deposit limits, self-exclusion, and support.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online entertainment and betting can add excitement and joy to our lives. However, it is only enjoyable when done correctly and with awareness. 6999db believes that responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is our primary duty to every player.
We want every player in Bangladesh to have a completely safe and enjoyable experience while playing at 6999db. On this page, we will discuss in detail how you can keep your gaming under control, what signs indicate a problem, and where to seek help if needed.
Remember: 6999db is an entertainment platform. Gambling should never be considered a reliable source of income. Always play within your means and keep any losses at a manageable level.
Our Protection Tools
6999db provides the following tools to keep your gaming safe.
Setting Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded. This protects you from overspending. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out option. Your account can be temporarily deactivated for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to place any bets or make deposits. After the break, you can reactivate your account yourself.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, remove yourself from the platform on a long-term basis through self-exclusion. This decision can take effect from 6 months up to permanently, and is activated immediately upon request.
Activity History Review
Log in to your account at any time to view your betting history and records of deposits and withdrawals. This will keep you aware of your spending patterns and help you make timely decisions.
Reality Check Notices
If you have been playing for a set period of time, 6999db will automatically remind you how long you have been in the session. These notices keep you aware of your current situation and give you the opportunity to take a break.
24/7 Support Team
If you have any concerns or problems related to gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is always ready. Contact us via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for immediate assistance.
Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling
The most important aspect of responsible gaming is monitoring your own behaviour. If you recognise any of the following signs in yourself, you should seek help without delay:
Warning Signs
- Trying to bet more to recover money that has been lost
- Hiding the amount you gamble from family or friends
- Neglecting work, family, or daily responsibilities because of gaming
- Wanting to stop gaming but feeling unable to do so
- Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gaming
- Turning to gaming to reduce anxiety, depression, or stress
- Not feeling excited unless betting increasingly larger amounts
If any of the above signs appear in you, contact our support team without delay or activate self-exclusion. Your mental health and your family's happiness are far more valuable than any game.
